Pre Orders
When placing an order for a preorder product, all other products on the same order number will be shipped when the pre-order is shipped. If you require an earlier delivery on non-preorder products a separate order must be placed. We do not offer split delivery.
Shipping International
Due to Covid19 and low stock levels, we have temporarily suspended International shipping. Please keep an eye on our insta page and subscribe to our newsletter to be updated as to when International shipping will commence.
Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you change your mind you can return the item within 30 days of delivery. We will exchange the item or refund your payment in full. Please note that all returned puzzles must be in the same condition as they were received, with the plastic wrap in tact. Return and exchange shipping will be at the customer's expense.
